Building Strong Connections Between Canada and Guyana
Successful businesses are built on strong networks and powerful connections — and we’ve spent decades building both.
WTG Guyana Inc. was established by Ryan Burrowes, CEO of WTG Inc. (Canada), to bridge opportunities between the thriving Canadian logistics network and the rapidly expanding Guyanese economy.
Guyana is in the midst of remarkable growth. With offshore oil exploration, expanding mining operations, sustainable energy initiatives, and major construction projects reshaping the landscape, the opportunities are abundant — and the time to act is now.
At WTG Guyana, we’re focused on identifying strategic connection points between Guyanese industries and international partners, ensuring prosperity, sustainability, and long-term impact for the people and businesses of both nations.
From logistics and warehousing to land development and marine operations, our mission is to connect, build, and empower. Together, we can create a stronger and more sustainable economic future.
Message from Ryan Burrowes,
CEO and Co-Founder:
“With established businesses in both Guyana and Canada, we offer globalizing companies a path to success like no other. Right now, we have a profound opportunity to build, grow, and connect - because the world is rebuilding, digitalizing, and globalizing.
The time is now to diversify, expand, and make the right global connections. Getting into business with the right partners opens the door to expansive opportunities.
Reach out and let us know where you need support. I’m confident we can assist in your success.”
VISION
To address Guyana’s energy sector infrastructure needs by creating project partnerships with world-class companies all across Canada.
OUR APPROACH
WTG Guyana plans to build a network of local partnerships that will facilitate knowledge transfer throughout each project, leaving the Guyanese energy sector more skilled and more resilient than it was before.
“We will go beyond the country’s requirements for local content and partnerships and will ensure that the people of Guyana benefit from all of our endeavours.”
WTG’s vision is long-term.
OUR PARTNERS
We are active members of the Canada-Guyana Chamber of Commerce where we work to develop new opportunities between the two countries. We have created joint venture partnerships with several Canadian partners now actively working in Guyana.
We encourage Guyanese companies who want strong partners from abroad, to let us know what they want to accomplish.
